Our Internal Verifiers hold D34 or V1 Qualification which qualifies them to carryout effective internal quality assurance of the assessment process.
We at Expedient use the philosophy "Train, Assess, Train", this ensures that learners progress through their programme, meeting the national standards at a pace that is manageable to their individual needs.
Training is delivered in "bite sized chunks" and the learner makes decisions as to when competency should be assessed. This gives ownership and control to the individual within a non-pressured teaching environment.
