The Team Leading NVQ at Level 2 is suitable for those who manage a small team on a daily basis. The structure of the qualification allows learners to select units which are relevant to their specific job role.

Learners will be trained in skills and techniques to develop their leading abilities. Underpinning knowledge will also be addressed ensuring that current legislation and best practice is being adopted when carrying out their job role.

Assessment of each unit will be agreed between the learner and assessor only when the learner feels confident to undertake the assessment.
